Here is the "mission statement" of Occupy Wall Street:
Occupy Wall Street is a leaderless resistance movement with people of many colors, genders and political persuasions. The one thing we all have in common is that We Are The 99% that will no longer tolerate the greed and corruption of the 1%. We are using the revolutionary Arab Spring tactic to achieve our ends and encourage the use of nonviolence to maximize the safety of all participants.

"Jay Z slams Occupy Wall Street protests saying they didn't have a firm mission (but he thought it was fine to profit off t-shirt about movement)...Jay Z criticized Occupy Wall Street because he took issue with their blasts against the wealthy...The rapper, worth an estimated $460million, said it was wrong to fight against entrepreneurs...Got in trouble when he made 'Occupy All Streets' t-shirts and didn't donate any of the profits to the protest movement"
